‘Nine out of every 10 experiments are failures. How can you tell success vs. failure? You have to look at the outcomes. The last 50 years has been an experiment. Processed food is the variable, and we are the unwitting subjects. The outcomes are: consumption, health and disease, the environment, and cash flow. We will examine each of these to determine the outcome of this grand experiment, and next steps.’
